Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth

Lead brand positioning, ATL/BTL, and digital marketing initiatives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for impactful product launches

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team for high performance
🎯 Skills & Experience Required

12–15 years of experience
(Preference: Tiles, Paints, FMCG, Steel, or Cement Industry) -
Strong expertise in strategic marketing planning & execution

Proven experience in brand positioning and digital marketing

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
-
BBA / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification
