Position: Head of Administration
Location:

Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in corporate administration or facility management.

Preferred Candidate:
- Hands-on experience managing administration for large-scale organizations (1000+ employees) across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-scale facility maintenance and direct team management.
- Oversee HVAC monitoring.
- Ensure security and health & safety protocols, including surveillance and CCTV management.
- Supervise company transport fleet and nationwide logistics.
- Act as the primary liaison with government departments and build strong relationships.
