Guest Relationship Officer (Female – GRO)
Cheezious is looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) to enhance guest satisfaction, manage special occasions, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner

Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP guests

Plan, coordinate, and manage birthday celebrations and special events
(decor, cake coordination, music, surprises, etc.) -
Handle event bookings, guest preferences, and special requests

Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and management for smooth event execution
-
Manage guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions politely and efficiently

Promote restaurant offers, loyalty programs, and upcoming events
Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in GRO / Customer Relations / Hospitality (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong event planning and coordination abilities

Ability to handle pressure during busy hours and events

Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality

Qualification: Graduation preferred
(Intermediate candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered)
