We are looking for a highly skilled Growth & Digital Marketing Manager from Islamabad, Pakistan to help scale our international mineral water brand. This is a long-term role focused on online sales, ads, funnels, email marketing, client pitching, and global brand growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and web
Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
Build online sales funnels for global customer reach
Manage social media presence and brand awareness
Handle B2B lead generation and client acquisition using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach platforms
Pitch products and engage potential clients via email and social messaging
Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM automations to nurture leads and convert them into customers
Improve conversion rates on website and landing pages
Track performance and prepare weekly reports
๐ Required Skills / Qualifications:
Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
Strong skills in email marketing, client pitching, and B2B lead generation
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media management
Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable results
Strong communication, persuasion, SEO, and strategy skills
Must be based in Islamabad
