We’re Hiring | Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Blue Chip Consulting (Private) Limited is looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to bring our work to life — turning data, research, and field stories into clean, professional designs and engaging videos.
Location: Lahore, Pakistan | Hybrid | Full-time, 40 hours/week
Salary: PKR 65,000 – 85,000 per month (based on experience)
What you’ll do:
Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and job ads in line with BCC’s brand
Create infographics and data visualisations from research findings
Edit reels, short videos, and explainer content with captions and motion graphics

Design reports, proposals, presentation decks, and branded templates
Capture photos and videos at trainings, workshops, and field activities

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film/Video Production, or a related field
Minimum 2 years in graphic design and video editing
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
CapCut and Canva for fast-turnaround social content
Strong typography, layout, and data visualisation skills
NGO, research, or consultancy design experience is a plus
