Job Description

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print media.
• Use AI-powered design tools to generate creative concepts, enhance visuals, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Apply strong UX/UI design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital interfaces.
• Design social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, packaging, POS materials, presentations, and corporate branding.
• Maintain consistent application of Brighto’s brand guidelines across all visual communication.
• Prepare high-resolution, print-ready artwork; edit and retouch images; create mockups and adapt designs for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams while managing multiple projects within deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva is preferred.
• Bring 2–3 years of relevant experience, a strong design portfolio, and excellent attention to detail.
