Position: Graduate Trainee – HR

Qarshi Industries is looking for passionate and driven fresh graduates to join our one-year Graduate Trainee Program in the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee personal files

• Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate salary processing

• Maintain HR databases and prepare MIS reports

• Handle routine employee queries related to HR operations

• Complete and manage employee documentation

Education & Experience:

• BBA / MBA (HR specialization)

• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or above

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage
