• Partner with operations leadership to align people strategy with business growth and strengthen employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, talent, training, and culture management.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration with proven leadership and capability-building experience.
