Level3 BOS is looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and solution-driven *Full-Stack Developer* to build and scale our internal project
management portals and PropTech CRM systems!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain lightning-fast, offline-resilient web applications using React 18, Vite, and Zustand. Design and build responsive, modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS, incorporating glassmorphism and contemporary design principles. Manage backend database schemas, real-time subscriptions, and Row-Level Security (RLS) using Supabase and PostgreSQL. Customize, optimize, and deploy open-source GitHub repositories to meet specific internal operational requirements. Implement secure data isolation and strict departmental Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across all platforms. Develop and maintain secure API integrations, including OAuth authentication and Webhooks. Ensure proper data validation, whitespace handling, and data sanitization across applications. Build and optimize dynamic timelines, Gantt charts, and complex reporting dashboards to support business operations.
What We’re Looking For
Strong expertise in React.js, Vite, and modern state management libraries, particularly Zustand. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, and backend-as-a-service platforms. Proven ability to develop secure, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications. Strong understanding of database architecture, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Experience with secure API integrations, OAuth, Webhooks and data sanitization. Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern UI/UX design principles. Experience customizing and deploying open-source GitHub repositories. Familiarity with dynamic timelines, Gantt charts, and advanced reporting dashboards will be a strong advantage. Ability to work independently, execute tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
