Fragrance Sales Manager

About the Role

Dynasty is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fragrance Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and accelerate business growth across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance, FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury product sales, with proven leadership and market expansion capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and expand distributor, retailer, and key account relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in distributor management and market development.
  • Ability to travel within Pakistan and oversee regional operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
