Job Description:
1. Manage customer billing, including timely preparation and processing of invoices.
2. Ensure accurate entry of invoices and customer payments in the SAP system.
3. Prepare, verify and maintain payment, receipt, journal and other financial vouchers.
4. Ensure proper documentation and supporting documents for all financial transactions.
5. Assist in accounts reconciliation and resolving billing/payment discrepancies.
6. Support day to day finance and accounting activities.
7. Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
8. Assist in bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
9. Support internal and external audit requirements by providing relevant documents.
10. Maintain and organize finance related documents and records.
11. Perform other finance related tasks assigned by management.
