We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing Financial Reporting team. If you have a passion for numbers, strong accounting fundamentals, and a drive to support business growth, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
– Monitor revenue, billing, and receivables to ensure timely collections.
– Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), petty cash, and billing activities.
– Prepare monthly financial reports highlighting key activities and performance metrics.
– Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless operations.
– Prepare project-level costings, margins, budgets, and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
– Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with focus on Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
– Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journal entries and ledger functions.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
– Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
