💼 Position: Finance Executive

📍 Location: Lahore – SRC Pvt. Ltd.

SRC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Lahore office. This role focuses on finance operations, banking coordination, cash flow management, financing, and insurance matters.

Experience in Islamic modes of financing will be considered a strong added advantage, including Istisna, Import Murabaha, Ijarah, and LC operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage cash flow planning and monitoring, including preparation of FPR cash flow statements.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, financing arrangements, and line renewals.
Prepare borrowing positions, financing proposals, and related documentation.
Handle bank dealings, including debit/credit advices and resolution of banking-related issues.
Record, monitor, and manage financing transactions in SAP with complete and accurate documentation.
Reconcile financing and banking ledgers with banks regularly.
Prepare and submit inventory valuation, stock, and production reports to management and banks.
Manage insurance matters including policy renewals, claims, and payments (fire, plant & machinery, marine, cash-in-transit, vehicle insurance).
Handle Ijarah transactions, including entries, initiation of new Ijarah cases, documentation, and cheque preparation.
Coordinate third-party inspections of delivery and hypothecated stock.
Liaise with banks, insurers, auditors, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.

🎓 Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–5 years in finance, banking, credit, or treasury functions.
Strong understanding of banking operations, financing structures, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Islamic financing (Istisna, Murabaha, Ijarah, LC operations) will be an added advantage.
