🚨 Immediate Hiring: Female HR Assistant –Howdy Group of Restaurants

Howdy Group is looking for an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations across multiple restaurant branches.

🎓 Qualification:

Fresh graduates specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) are encouraged to apply.

1–2 years of relevant HR experience will be considered a plus.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and HR policies.

Maintain accurate employee data in the HRM system and physical files.

Assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit clearance.

Prepare and issue various HR letters (e.g. offer, confirmation, experience, etc.).

Support HR projects and ensure smooth departmental operations.
