πŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.
Develop, review, and maintain job descriptions (JDs) and organizational charts (organograms).
Ensure smooth and engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
Coordinate and manage internship programs and represent the company at career fairs.
Maintain accurate HR databases and records, including ID cards and evaluation forms.
Support in preparing probation evaluations and other HR documentation.

πŸŽ“ Qualifications:
BBA/MBA in HR or BS in Psychology.
2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Proficient in MS Excel and other HR tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

πŸ• Timings: Monday–Friday (Alternate Saturdays On)
