Greenwich University is seeking a highly professional, organized, and discreet Executive Secretary to support the Vice Chancellorโs Office.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments of the Vice Chancellor
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
๐ Requirements:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree (preferred)
- 3โ5 years of relevant experience in executive support roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong command of MS Office and reporting tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and time management
