Greenwich University is seeking a highly professional, organized, and discreet Executive Secretary to support the Vice Chancellorโ€™s Office.


๐Ÿ“ Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments of the Vice Chancellor
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

๐ŸŽ“ Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree (preferred)
  • 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience in executive support roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong command of MS Office and reporting tools
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and time management
