Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? PakAmGlobal LLC is looking for a talented Executive Manager based in Pakistan to support our CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global business environment.

As a strategic partner to the CEO, youโ€™ll play a vital role in streamlining operations, managing high-level communications, and driving key initiatives across international teams.

๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities:

โœ”๏ธ Provide day-to-day and strategic support to the CEO

โœ”๏ธ Manage the CEOโ€™s calendar, email, and communications

โœ”๏ธ Prepare presentations, reports, board decks, and business briefs

โœ”๏ธ Conduct research on markets, trends, and competitors

โœ”๏ธ Monitor KPIs, track project timelines, and follow up on deliverables

โœ”๏ธ Draft official proposals, agreements, and correspondence

โœ”๏ธ Coordinate meetings with internal teams and global stakeholders

โœ”๏ธ Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality

โœ… Requirements:

๐Ÿ”น Minimum 3 years of experience in C-level or executive support roles

๐Ÿ”น Strong understanding of U.S. business culture (real estate knowledge is a plus)

๐Ÿ”น Excellent written and verbal communication in English

๐Ÿ”น Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, Trello/Asana

๐Ÿ”น Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

๐Ÿ”น High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability

๐Ÿ’ก Bonus Points:

โญ Familiarity with CRM, HRM, or ERP platforms
