We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team and support inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and compliance across our retail and warehouse operations.

Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field
2β4 years of relevant experience in inventory auditing, stock verification, or inventory control, preferably in retail
Experience in conducting physical stock counts, cycle counts, and surprise inventory audits
Ability to reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigate discrepancies, and report findings
Sound understanding of stock receiving, transfers, returns, adjustments, and inventory documentation
Ability to identify inventory control gaps, stock losses, damaged goods, and expired inventory
Experience in preparing audit reports and following up on corrective actions with relevant teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
