Job Description:
TradeUnleashed is hiring ERP Software Support Officers for handling and supporting ERP systems at assigned brand locations. The selected candidates will first complete a 1-week professional ERP training program at TradeUnleashed before deployment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support ERP software operations at client/brand locations
- Troubleshoot software and user-related issues
- Assist staff in ERP system usage
- Coordinate with technical teams for problem resolution
- Monitor system performance and operational flow
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Ensure smooth ERP functionality and support services
Requirements:
- Experience using or supporting ERP software
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Basic technical understanding of software systems
- Ability to work onsite at assigned locations
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
