WE ARE HIRING: ERP MANAGER
High Tech (GB) Ltd is looking for an experienced ERP Manager to oversee, support, and enhance our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily ERP operations, performance, and user support.

Gather requirements from Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR & Operations and convert them into ERP workflows.

Configure, customize, and optimize ERP modules to align with company processes.

Troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate with external developers/vendors, and ensure timely resolution.

Train staff, run refresher sessions, and support system-wide adoption.

Maintain data accuracy, access control, backups, and basic ERP security.

Generate departmental reports and dashboards for management.

Handle minor ERP/IT support tasks (accounts, permissions, minor issues).
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, IS, or IT.

3โ5 years of ERP experience (Odoo preferred; SAP BI, Dynamics, Oracle, or custom ERPs acceptable).

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, data management, and optimization.
