Job Description:

  • Resolution of assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined TAT
  • Installation of ATMs & CSMs
  • Execution of precise troubleshooting techniques
  • Provision of root cause analysis for assigned tasks
  • Preparation of analytical reports & documentation for Line Manager
