Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversions
Manage, segment, and maintain email lists for targeted communication
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics and reports
Utilize CRM and email marketing tools to manage customer data and workflows
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and platforms
Strong knowledge of CRM tools
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in digital marketing
Experience with automation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
Exposure to international or global marketing campaigns
