Full Job Description

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Operations Lead to manage and optimize our online business operations across Daraz, Shopify, and company website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations
• Plan and control inventory, stock levels, and demand forecasting
• Supervise order processing, dispatch, and logistics
• Ensure accurate financial reconciliation (COD & online payments)
• Coordinate with warehouse for efficient order fulfillment
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor and improve KPIs:
• Conversion rate
• Order fulfillment time
• Return rate
• Lead and manage operations and support team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of:
• Daraz
• Shopify
• WooCommerce
• Experience managing large order volumes
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
