We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand committed to providing customers with high-quality, affordable, and valuable products. We are looking for a motivated and responsible E-commerce Assistant to join our team and help manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, variations).
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Messenger, email, or platform inbox.
Process orders, returns, and shipment updates.
Coordinate with suppliers and track inventory levels.
Create basic content for listings (images, short descriptions, highlights).
Assist with marketing tasks like promotions, posting, and replying to comments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth backend operations.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Shopify, WordPress, Facebook Shop).
Good communication skills (Urdu & English).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
Prior e-commerce experience is a plus but not required.
