Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for leading brands including Unilever, Sunridge, Nestlé, Red Bull, Nutrilov, and Herbeauty

• Oversee dispatch activities across Kamahan, Katarband, and Harbanspura

• Ensure timely vehicle loading, route-wise dispatch, and on-time deliveries (GT, LMT & E-commerce)

• Plan loads, routing, and trip closing through LMS (Load Management System)

• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, sales, and transport teams

• Ensure accurate dispatch documentation, system entries, POD closure & reconciliation

• Minimize cash collections and maximize digital collections via VizLink App, IBFT, JazzCash & EasyPaisa

• Monitor vehicle utilization, OTIF, shortages, damages, claims & receivables

• Lead dispatch teams ensuring discipline, safety & SOP compliance

• Prepare dispatch reports and support audits & process improvements

Education:

• Master’s in Supply Chain Management

Experience Required:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics operations
