Job Overview
The Horizon Stack is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on email marketing. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns while also supporting social media content creation and paid advertising initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. This is an individual contributor role that involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to engage existing and potential customers, ensuring high deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice and increase audience engagement.
Plan and execute social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic.
Monitor campaign performance using marketing tools and analytics platforms; analyze data and implement improvements based on insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate marketing strategies, progress, and results clearly and professionally in English.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong expertise in email marketing.
Proven experience in social media marketing.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
