Job Title: Die Fitter

Department: Die Maintenance

Job Purpose:To install, maintain, repair, and assemble dies, molds, and related tooling to ensure smooth production operations and maintain product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
*Fit, assemble, and repair dies.
*Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of dies.
*Identify and troubleshoot die-related issues during production.
*Perform adjustments, polishing, and alignment to ensure accurate performance.
*Carry out fabrication-related tasks as required.
*Maintain proper documentation of repairs, maintenance, and modifications.
*Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Tool & Die / DAE (preferred) / Matric.
2–3 years of relevant experience in die fitting and maintenance (manufacturing/automotive industry preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of hand tools, machines, and measuring instruments.
Strong problem-solving and precision skills.
Fabricator experience can also be considered.

Candidates residing near Port Qasim will be preferred.
