Position: Design & Development Specialist
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience

Required Skills:

• Strong command of design software including Adobe Creative Suite, InPage, and CorelDRAW

• Sound understanding of dielines, packaging structures, and print-ready artwork (CMYK, bleed, trim, resolution, etc.)

• Excellent visual communication skills with strong idea-to-execution capability

• Ability to create motion graphics and animated content

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute packaging designs for new and existing products

• Create marketing collateral including POS materials, digital content, and brand visuals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements

• Assist in product development initiatives with market-driven design insights

• Support the marketing team in campaigns, product launches, and ATL/BTL activities
