🧠 Experience: 4–6 years

NITSEL is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager IT & Network to lead IT infrastructure, network operations, and security while ensuring smooth enterprise systems performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems
• Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security
• Ensure system uptime, backups, and disaster recovery
• Implement IT policies and security standards
• Lead IT support teams and coordinate with vendors

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of networking, routing, switching & security
• Hands-on experience with servers, firewalls, virtualization & cloud
• Microsoft/Linux server environment expertise
• IT security, backup & disaster recovery experience
• Leadership and strong troubleshooting skills
• Certifications (CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, ITIL) are a plus
