📢 Position: Deputy Chief Engineer (D Chief Engineer)
đź•’ Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, policies, and workflows across all departments

Provide leadership to Project Managers, Design Managers, and MEP/Civil discipline heads

Review and approve project execution plans, budgets, and master schedules
-
Oversee design development, design coordination, BIM management, and value engineering initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with FIDIC, ISO 9001, ISO 21502, ASHRAE, NFPA, and BS/EN standards
-
Implement centralized dashboard-based project monitoring systems for progress, cost, and quality KPIs
-
Lead the PMO team in risk assessment, audits, and continuous improvement processes
-
Facilitate executive decision-making through high-level reporting to company leadership

Mentor and develop technical staff to ensure competency growth and succession planning
🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Master’s in Engineering or Management Studies (preferred)

Proven experience leading PMO, governance, and multi-discipline engineering operations
