Position : Daycare Educator

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early childhood education frameworks.
• Foster children’s cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Mentor and support Assistant Teachers and childcare staff.
• Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or early learning environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Strong observation, classroom management, and organizational abilities.
