Weโ€™re looking for a Customer Success Specialist with solid experience in SaaS and Salesforce

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

Manage customer relationships, success, and renewals.

Understand client needs and provide timely, effective support.

Use Salesforce for account tracking and issue resolution.

Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and adoption.

Identify growth and upselling opportunities.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

Excellent English communication skills.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients efficiently.
