Customer Service Officer (Male)
📍 Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone calls.
- Create and manage service jobs in the CRM system.
- Verify customer and product information, including warranty status.
- Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and service requests.
- Maintain accurate service records while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and service inquiries.
- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
