Customer Service Officer (Male)

📍 Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone calls.
  • Create and manage service jobs in the CRM system.
  • Verify customer and product information, including warranty status.
  • Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate service records while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and service inquiries.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
