Customer Sales Representative / Social Media Inquiries Handler

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Provide product details, pricing, and dealership information
  • Convert inquiries into sales leads
  • Coordinate with sales & dealership teams for follow-ups
  • Monitor daily messages, comments, and customer interactions

โœ… Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in customer service or sales support
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms & messaging tools
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
