Job Opportunity: Cost Estimator (GC + Take-Off)

Company: Pavilion Architects, Planners & Engineers

Position: Cost Estimator (GC + Take-Off)

Location: Lahore (On-site) – DHA Phase 3

Working Hours: Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Experience Required: 3+ years in US construction cost estimation and pricing

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in US construction project estimation.
  • Proficiency with cost estimation software and databases such as RSMeans and PlanSwift.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Quantity Take-Offs
    • Unit Rate Building
    • Cost Modeling
    • Bid Preparation
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
