Compensation: PKR 75,000 after probation (PKR 60,000 during probation)

Role: Producer (AI Labs YouTube Channel)
You will be responsible for end-to-end video production โ from understanding complex AI concepts to recording full production-ready content for our 100K+ tech audience.
This is not a typical engineering job. Itโs for someone who wants to become a technical storyteller, a content engineer, and an AI-savvy communicator.
What Youโll Own:
1. Content Production & Recording:
โข Lead complete production cycles: ideas โ research โ scripts โ recordings.
โข Recording daily is a core part of this role.
โข Deliver raw, production-ready content that meets channel standards.
2. Technical Research:
โข Explore fast-evolving tech: AI agents, coding assistants, MCP, dev tools.
โข Read docs, test tools, understand workflows.
โข Stay ahead of AI and coding trends.
3. Content Distillation:
โข Convert complex technical concepts into simple, engaging explanations.
โข Maintain accuracy + high educational value.
โข Structure content for retention & clarity.
4. Production Quality:
โข Maintain consistent quality and technical correctness.
โข Ensure all recordings are smooth, complete, and ready for edit.
โข Meet upload deadlines and channel schedules.
5. Technical Environment:
โข Work confidently on macOS.
โข Navigate coding environments and AI tools.
โข Understand developer workflows.
What Weโre Looking For:
1. Required:
โข Bachelorโs in CS or Software Engineering (fresh grads encouraged).
โข Strong English communication.
โข Basic understanding of programming + web concepts.
2. Preferred:
โข Genuine enthusiasm for YouTube.
โข Curiosity for AI tools, agents, dev workflows.
โข Awareness of tech YouTube ecosystem.
