We’re looking for an experienced Community Operations & Growth Manager to build, manage, and grow our online communities while driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage Telegram, WhatsApp & Discord communities
🔹 Build community operations, SOPs & engagement strategies
🔹 Manage user onboarding, activation & conversion
🔹 Handle affiliate & referral operations
🔹 Track CRM, growth, retention & performance metrics
🔹 Coordinate with marketing, sales & live-streaming teams
🔹 Lead and train community/support teams

⭐ Crypto / Blockchain / Web3 experience is strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

3–5+ years of experience in Community Operations, Growth, CRM, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing, with strong experience in online community building and user growth.
