What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Connect international buyers with relevant sellers and suppliers based on their requirements.
Understand buyer requirements and identify suitable suppliers or business solutions.
Coordinate between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth communication and business interactions.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
Handle client concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service quality.
Support business growth by identifying potential client needs and opportunities.
Achieve assigned performance targets and contribute to overall team objective
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.• Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
