Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification:
- ACCA / CA (Qualified)
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, and Corporate Financial Management.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agro-industrial, or large-scale corporate environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial strategy and planning.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the Board.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and corporate finance.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
