🔹 Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Calling, Sales, or Telemarketing
✅ Construction Estimation / Construction Services Industry experience is MANDATORY
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✅ Expertise in lead generation and client conversion
✅ Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
✅ Team leadership and motivation skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📞 Make outbound calls to contractors, developers, and subcontractors
🎯 Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
🤝 Promote construction estimation services and close new business
👥 Lead, motivate, and support the team in achieving monthly targets
