Job Summary
The Call Center Officer will manage inbound and outbound calls related to hospital services, patient queries, feedback, and service promotion. The role acts as a key communication bridge between patients and hospital management, ensuring professional and timely information delivery.
Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital services and appointments

Record customer feedback and escalate concerns when required

Maintain accurate call records and data entry

Coordinate with relevant departments for query resolution
Knowledge & Competencies

Knowledge of call center systems and telephony tools

Proficiency in MS Office and data entry

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Requirements

Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Fresh or 1–2 years of relevant experience
