Grayhat Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to assist HR, Administration, Legal, Procurement, and Finance operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and proficient in essential digital tools for reporting and process optimization.
Note: Due to on-ground operational tasksโincluding vendor management, office equipment handling, and physical coordination dutiesโmale candidates are preferred for this position.

๐ง Key Responsibilities
1. HR Onboarding & Employee Support
-
Assist in onboarding, document verification, and data collection
-
Coordinate with IT for new hire setups (email, Discord, workspace access)
-
Create and manage Google Forms (surveys, evaluations, onboarding forms)
-
Maintain employee databases via Google Sheets
2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Reporting
-
Update and maintain attendance sheets, WFH records, leave logs, and late entries
-
Track claims, deductions, and overtime for payroll
-
Develop Power BI dashboards for HR analytics:

Attendance insights
-
Performance analytics
-
Hiring pipeline reports
-

Coordinate payroll data with tax consultants and ensure accuracy
3. Legal Coordination & Documentation

Prepare, update, and organize:

Employee contracts
-
Service agreements
-
NDAs
-

Coordinate with legal/tax advisors for clarifications and documentation
4. Office Management & Procurement

Supervise cleaning staff and maintain office hygiene
-
Update cleaning SOPs based on office needs
-
Manage monthly procurement of supplies, kitchen items, stationery, and equipment
-
Maintain vendor records and process purchase requests
-
Support procurement documentation and approval workflow
5. Financial Operations Support

Assist Accounts Intern with vendor and contractor payments
-
Track invoices and follow up with banks for account statements (15th & 30th)
-
Prepare remittance forms for incoming payments
6. Internal Communications

Share notices regarding holidays, remote days, and company announcements

Support smooth coordination between HR, Admin, Finance & Operations teams
