Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
  • Generate new leads and maintain an organized prospect database.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Follow up on leads and assist in converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
