Today could be the day you step into a leadership role that actually drives results. Weโre looking for a confident, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and scale our outbound BD team.
๐ผ What Youโll Do:
โข Lead a team sending cold emails & DMs daily
โข Set targets and drive performance (no excuses, only results)
โข Optimize outreach copy to boost replies & bookings
โข Track KPIs, manage dashboards & report weekly
โข Test new channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
โข Work closely with sales & automation teams
๐ฏ What We Expect:
โข 20โ30+ qualified calls booked/month
โข Strong leadership & communication skills
โข Experience in cold outreach & team management
โข Data-driven mindset
โข Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
๐ Pakistan-based (or aligned with PK hours preferred)
