Today could be the day you step into a leadership role that actually drives results. We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and scale our outbound BD team.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team sending cold emails & DMs daily
• Set targets and drive performance (no excuses, only results)
• Optimize outreach copy to boost replies & bookings
• Track KPIs, manage dashboards & report weekly
• Test new channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
• Work closely with sales & automation teams
🎯 What We Expect:
• 20–30+ qualified calls booked/month
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Experience in cold outreach & team management
• Data-driven mindset
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
📍 Pakistan-based (or aligned with PK hours preferred)
