Izwaj is Pakistanโs dedicated wedding marketplace, bringing together brides, grooms, and wedding vendors under one platform. We are on a mission to simplify wedding planning by connecting couples with trusted service providers. To achieve this, we are building a passionate Business Development team to onboard vendors and grow our marketplace.
Role Overview:
We are seeking Business Development Executives who will focus on vendor acquisition and relationship management. The role involves identifying potential vendors in the wedding industry, building strong partnerships, and ensuring they successfully register and engage on the Izwaj platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to wedding vendors (bridal wear, groom wear, catering, photography, event planning, dรฉcor, etc.).
Onboard vendors to the Izwaj platform and explain the value of joining.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Achieve monthly/quarterly vendor acquisition targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance vendor experience.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1โ3 years of experience in business development, sales, or vendor acquisition (experience in wedding/events industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and relationship management.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
