About the Role
Dolmen Real Estate Management is seeking a highly experienced Associate Manager Mechanical (Plumbing & Firefighting) to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of plumbing and firefighting systems at Dolmen Mall, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing mechanical operations in large commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of all facility plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of water supply, drainage, sewage, pumps, boilers, and pressure systems.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain maintenance records, operational reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance (O&M) for commercial buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, or similar facilities.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Proven experience in vendor management, team leadership, maintenance planning, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
