We’re Hiring – Assistant Quality Manager (Quality Assurance)

Quick Plus is seeking a motivated Assistant Quality Manager to strengthen our Quality Assurance team and help us deliver exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and coach QA staff.
Monitor and evaluate call quality to ensure consistency and fairness.
Conduct calibration sessions with QA, Training, and Operations teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze performance reports and KPIs.
Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of QA experience in the *call center industry* , including at least 1 year in a supervisory and assistant manager role.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in QA tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
