📍 Position: Assistant Manager – Training & Development
Location: Lahore Head Office
📝 Job Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule training sessions
-
Collect and analyze training feedback
-
Maintain accurate records of training activities
-
Ensure all training programs meet standards and guidelines
-
Coordinate with Regional Offices for smooth training delivery
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
-
O/A Levels background with Graduation in Communication Studies
OR MPhil in Education / M.Ed -
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Experience with virtual training platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
