📍 Position: Assistant Manager – Training & Development

Location: Lahore Head Office


📝 Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule training sessions

  • Collect and analyze training feedback

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities

  • Ensure all training programs meet standards and guidelines

  • Coordinate with Regional Offices for smooth training delivery


🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • O/A Levels background with Graduation in Communication Studies
    OR MPhil in Education / M.Ed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with virtual training platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
